As part of the University of Anbar’s strategic plan for digital transformation (2025–2030) aimed at modernizing the integrated system of smart education and university administration, the University’s Center for Continuing Education, in cooperation with the College of Engineering, organized a specialized training course on digital transformation. The course was held from Sunday, August 10, 2025, to August 14, 2025.
The sessions were delivered by Dr. Mohammed Salah, a faculty member at the College of Computer Science and Information Technology. The course covered key topics including the fundamentals of computing, mechanisms for implementing digital transformation in universities, the use of the SIS system, electronic archiving systems, and an introduction to the latest technologies supporting a fully integrated university environment.
The course, attended by the respected Assistant Dean for Scientific Affairs, Prof. Dr. Mohammed Abd Ahmed, witnessed broad participation from the College’s staff members. Participants emphasized the importance of such training programs in enhancing institutional performance and improving the quality of educational services.
