The visit aimed at broadening avenues of collaboration in research and academia. Discussions during the meeting focused on exchanging research expertise across the engineering disciplines, implementing joint academic and research programs to benefit students and scholars, exploring opportunities for joint supervision of postgraduate students, facilitating scientific exchange visits, and activating the Visiting Professor Program.
Both parties also explored the possibility of organizing specialized workshops and developing collaborative research projects in the areas of sustainable engineering and renewable energy.
At the conclusion of the visit, the delegation of the University of Anbar expressed its sincere appreciation for the warm welcome and generous hospitality, underscoring the importance of maintaining close communication and advancing joint programs between the two institutions as a step towards signing a Memorandum of Understanding.
