Tree planting campaign inside the corridors of the College of Engineering

On the occasion of National Afforestation Day, the College of Engineering participated in a tree-planting campaign within the college premises as part of efforts to enhance green spaces and promote environmental awareness among students and staff.

The activity was attended by the Assistant Dean for Administrative Affairs, Professor Dr. Abdul Basit Jassim Mohammed, and the Associate Dean for Administrative Affairs, Assistant Professor Dr. Ahmed Anis Ahmed, along with the participation of several college employees and students. During the campaign, a number of seedlings and trees were planted in various locations across the college, in a step aimed at improving the aesthetic appearance and enhancing the university environment.

The campaign witnessed notable engagement from students, who actively contributed alongside the college staff in planting and landscaping activities. This participation reflects their spirit of cooperation, volunteerism, and commitment to preserving the university environment.
