Under the presence and supervision of the Head of the Department of Civil Engineering, College of Engineering, Assist. Prof. Dr. Hamid Aswad Mohammed, the specialized committees formed within the department conducted the graduation project discussions, which are considered a graduation requirement for undergraduate students.

The committees reviewed a total of 23 student projects, encompassing engineering design and analysis in several key areas, including building structures, concrete admixtures, the use of sustainable concrete blocks in construction, soil stabilization in road works, evaluation and redesign of road networks, performance assessment of asphalt mixtures using additives, and the evaluation of water treatment plant performance.

These projects aim to serve and support the civil engineering sector and its various disciplines at the local level.

At the conclusion of the discussions, the examination committees commended the students for their efforts in preparation and performance, wishing them continued success in their academic and professional careers.
