Under the patronage of the President of the University of Anbar, Prof. Dr. Mushtaq Talib Al-Neda, the College of Engineering – University of Anbar signed a scientific Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Al-Idrisi University College, aiming to strengthen frameworks of academic and scientific cooperation between the two institutions.

The MoU was signed on behalf of the College of Engineering by the Dean, Prof. Dr. Amir Abdulrahman Hilal, while Prof. Dr. Mohammed Khalid Bara’a, Dean of Al-Idrisi University College, represented his institution. This agreement comes within the context of academic openness and the exchange of expertise, contributing to the advancement of educational and research pathways.

The Memorandum includes cooperation in scientific and research fields, the exchange of teaching expertise, the organization of joint workshops and conferences, as well as student activities and collaboration in administrative and institutional development, in line with the shared objective of enhancing the quality of higher education and serving the community.

Both parties emphasized that this agreement represents an important step toward building effective partnerships that support scientific research, the development of academic programs, and the strengthening of communication among Iraqi universities, thereby benefiting both students and researchers.
