Engineering students win first place in the eighth Quranic contest

The Anbar University Presidency honored the first winners of the eighth Quranic competition for the academic year

2019/2018 during the grand celebration of the university held on the twenty-eighth of April at the Martyrs Hall in the presence of a. Dr. Eng. Khalid Batal Al-Najem, President of Al-Anbar University, Dr. Anwar Sharif, Assistant to the President of the University for Administrative Affairs and the members of the University Council and a group of professors and university students.

The ceremony started with a recitation from the Holy Quran and the speech of the President of the University, in which he congratulated all the students and the winners. He confirmed the announcement of the continuation of this important competition in the coming years and directed at the same time to take care of it through the participation of the largest number to include training colleagues and employees. And the sub-Quranic contestants.

The program included listening to a recitation by a wise man of a number of students, contestants and winners.

Then the President of the University and the Assistant Administrative Assistant presented certificates and gifts to the committees and students who are the first winners in reading and memorizing the Holy Quran.
